Toolbox Talks are our online classroom learning sessions, delivered by experienced Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs), to target specific areas that you can choose based on the issues your fleet faces.
What could you fleet learn from Toolbox Talks, and how might they make a difference?
Classroom learning that engages the audience
Our primary objective is to make UK roads safer, by making better drivers. We can only do this by making sure any training that we offer is accessible, engaging, and fun – our trainees have to be happy to be there, listening and alert, ready to soak up the information that is given.
That’s why the ADI who leads the session will not only vaguely ask for answers from the audience, but will actively seek engagement by asking direct questions, creating a truly interactive format which feels more like a conversation than a lesson.
